Exercise is important, but who has the time or the money to hit the gym? I have found a few really good free exercise videos right here online. You can work out your entire body in the privacy of your own home, at your convenience.

Fitness Blender

Any one who has done any Youtube exercise videos has heard of the hugely popular fitnessblender. Fitness blender features Kelly and Daniel, a married couple who love to share their love of fitness. They have a variety of full length exercise videos for any fitness level.

This website is a goldmine of workout videos. There are videos for specific sports training, such as skiing, snowboarding or volleyball. Ones that use different equipment, like a jump rope, dumbbells, exercise ball ,sandbag or kettle bell. Many fitness blender videos use just your own body weight. Whether you are looking for HIIT workouts, strength training, pilates or stretching videos, you can find them all right here. They are all rated on a scale of one to five so it is easy to find your level of fitness. And they range in length from 5 minutes up to 90 minutes.

I like how they tell you at the beginning of the workout what exercises you will do, and how many reps and sets. I also like that you can print the workouts out, so you can do them if you are away from your computer. Newer videos now show a countdown timer, and a running total of how many calories are burned per workout.

Sparkpeople

In addition to being the best free diet plan available online, sparkpeople.com also has a variety of free exercise videos. There are videos for toning your arms, legs and abs. There are videos that focus on stretching and Pilates. And there are five different 10 minute cardio workouts. These videos range from about 5-20 minutes, so you can mix and match and exercises for as long as you have the time. Coach Nicole will take you through these basic exercises and will show you how to modify if you are a beginner. Most Sparkpeople videos are short. My favorite way to use them is to make a playlist on Youtube of a bunch of them and do them all in a row.

Blogilates with Cassey Ho

Cassey Ho is the instructor in these fun 10 minutes or less YouTube videos. She mostly does Pilates videos but has a few cardio workouts. Her videos are short, but tough. You will feel it the next day and you will get stronger doing these videos regularly. Cassey's infectious personality will help to push you to the next level of fitness. She's cute, peppy and fun. She will make you want to work out, even if you really don't want to.

My favorite Blogilates videos are her song challenges. Cassey is one instructor who actually uses real songs in her videos. Most YouTube exercise videos do not. It is fun to do a workout to songs you actually know.. It somehow makes a super tough workout seem a little easier, and a lot more fun.

"Train insane or remain the same!" Cassey Ho

Jessica Smith

Jessica Smith has a nice variety of exercise, from HIIT to different kinds of dance workouts, indoor walking, Pilates and weight training, sometimes all in the same workout! I especially like her cardio workouts because I like the standing abs moves, so you work your ab muscles while burning fat at the same time.

Most Youtube exercise videos I do are hard HIIT or Tabata style workouts. But you are only supposed to do those advanced workouts 3-4 times per week. On alternate days, I usually pick a Jessica Smith workout. Her workouts are not too impossibly hard, and are fun to do.

Befit

The Befit YouTube channel has loads of different exercise videos with a wide variety of different instructors, including ones you have heard of, like Denise Austin, Mari Winsor and the Biggest Loser's Jillian Michaels. There are a few full length Jillian workouts, and lots of Denise Austin ones. You can pretty much find any kind of workout you are seeking with the hundreds of videos they have, and they are all really good workouts too. There are even yoga workouts on here, by Rainbeau Mars and Sadie Nardini. I find these yoga workouts to be more for strength than relaxation.

Befit features the Befit in 90 free workout program, where you do a different workout everyday for 90 days. Cross training is the best way to get fit without injuring yourself, and this program will help you do that.

Jenny Ford

Do you like step aerobics? If so, Jenny Ford has fun full length step workouts you may be interested in. I like her basic step workouts because they are challenging for my cardio but the moves are easy to do. I avoid her dance step ones, like Spicy Step. I find it frustrating because i am not very coordinated, but if you can dance you will probably enjoy it. There are also floor aerobics available. She also has strength training workouts available, using dumbbells.

So there you have my favorite online exercise video websites. If you have Internet access in your home you now have no reason not to exercise. Stop the excuses! Get off the chair and get moving with one of these videos.

Have you tried any of these out? Are there any more good exercise videos online I should know about? Please let me know in the comment section below.
